The members of New Found Glory would like to start by saying this is a statement that we wish we never had to write in the first place. Our hearts are broken, and we cannot imagine the pain the victim’s families, friends, students, teachers, and anyone else impacted by the recent tragedy at MSD must be feeling. While we feel there are no words that we can say or do to fix this in any way, we wish to let you know that our hearts are heavy with the pain that this event has caused to so many. We want to stress that the most important part of the grieving process is to focus on the healing of those affected by this senseless act. As some of you may or may not know, half of our band went to MSD so it is important to us that we do as much as we possibly can to help the school and families of the victims. They deserve our love, support, and help, and we will help in any way we can. We have decided that, in an effort to help raise funds for those impacted by the events at MSD and to honor the victims and heroes, NFG will be playing a benefit show at Pompano Beach Amphitheater on May 16th. Tickets will go on sale Monday, March 5 at 10am ET. Also joining us will be Chris Carrabba (Dashboard Confessional) and Ryan Key (formerly of Yellowcard). All proceeds from the show will be donated to the official Broward Education Foundation Stoneman Douglas Fund gofundme.com/stonemandouglasfundwho provide relief to those affected by this tragedy. In addition to the show, we are releasing a MSD inspired t-shirt, available on our web store (newfoundglorystuff.com), with all the profits also going towards the Broward Education Foundation Stoneman Douglas Fund. We are, and always will be, proud to be part of the Coral Springs/Parkland community. We love you all, and together we will get through this, one day at a time. #parklandstrong
“20 Years From Now" is a song we wrote and recorded during the “Makes Me Sick” album sessions. We loved the song and felt it stood out in a different way than the rest so instead of squeezing it on the album, we wanted to give it a life of it’s own. If you have seen us on this recent 20 Years Of Pop Punk tour then you got a first listen as it was our intro to the concert. We have learned so many lessons over the 20 years of this band but the underlining meaning of the song is about letting go of worry to feel true freedom. When you reflect on your life you realize how arguments, pride, and the worry of proving yourself never changed or fixed anything. Failure and missteps help refine your character and make you wiser. All you truly need to worry about is waking up each day and to try to be the best version of yourself. We feel very lucky that when we wake up we still get to be in this band. Thank you for that and we hope you enjoy the song.”
We are thrilled to announce our new full-length album, Makes Me Sick, will be released everywhere on 4/28/17! In addition, the first single “Happy Being Miserable” will be released on 2/16/17 with the video for that song also released the same day. Be on the lookout for more announcements and info about the album in the days and weeks to come…we can’t wait for you all to hear it!
“You’ll never get anywhere”, “sophomore slump", “It’s a trend that will pass”, “your ship will sink”. Well it’s been 20 years. Wondering what the voices say now? Luckily there was and still is only two voices we listen to. The passion inside of us and our loyal fans! This tour is for both. We can’t wait to play through all our albums recorded before 2010 and revisit some venues across the U.S. that we have great memories playing at. Thank you for all the years of love and support. Somehow it still feels like the beginning! Tickets for the tour ARE ON SALE NOW! #NFG20YearTour

Thank you so much for the support over the last 2 years and for Resurrection. We cant begin to tell you how much we appreciate it. Warped is going to be our last tour for a while and afterward we’re excited to say we’ll be going into the studio to make a new record. So with that in mind we really hope to see all your faces this summer!
When New Found Glory first started, a messy photocopied piece of paper was the way in which we would tell people about our shows. Never could we have imagined that such a simple, lost concept would now serve as the visual spark to reignite a lost memory. Stories Of A Different Kind is a storybook, but not a beginning-to-end narrative. It’s a journey through a time period that pre-dates social media: a time that newer fans might not know had existed and older fans can look back on. We are very excited to share it with everyone. You’re just as big of the reason why it exists as we are.
Get it now here.
